Visitor Restrictions

During this time of increased flu activity, we want to protect the health of our patients, their families and our staff. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you follow these guidelines for your hospital visits:

  • Only parents/guardians or other principle caregivers may visit patients on the inpatient units
  • No more than two visitors per patient should be in patient rooms at any one time.
  • All visitors should be healthy.
  • Sibling restrictions: In general, only children seeking evaluation or treatment at Cincinnati Children’s should be brought to the facility.
  • Children in public waiting areas must be supervised at all times.
  • Toys in our waiting areas have been put away to help prevent sharing of germs between patients. Please bring activities from home to occupy your child when in waiting areas.
